About the role

Class A CDL Truck DriverVCT is currently looking for safe and reliable Class A CDL truck drivers for our wood residuals fleet in Bozeman, Montana. This position will transport customer products to various locations within Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota. This position is a sleeper berth position and will require the team member to be away from home up to 4 nights per week.
Responsibilities: Perform DOT inspections to ensure that the equipment is safe to operate. Report any defects to the appropriate department. Follow direction from dispatch. Comply with ALL DOT regulations (i.e., weight restrictions, rest breaks, etc.).Report any violations or citations immediately.
Requirements:
  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Team player
  • Safe and reliable
  • Physically able to lift 100 lbs. occasionally
  • Physically able to climb a ladder occasionally
  • Willing and able to use tire chains as necessary/required
  • Be physically able to open manual tarp systems using upper body strength
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
