Real 8 Group is looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to join our team as an Executive Recruiter. Previous recruiting experience is not required. If you have a background in sales, business development, account management, or another results-driven role, we will teach you the recruiting side of the business. Executive recruiting is a consultative sales career. You will identify talented real estate executives throughout the US to fill open positions for our clients. You will identify and qualify candidates, learn what motivates them and help guide candidates through the hiring process. Success requires confidence, persistence, strong communication skills, organizational skills and tenacity.
What You’ll Do: Identify and engage qualified candidates through cold calls, email, referrals, Linked In and industry networking Build relationships with professionals from mid level to senior executives Learn candidates’ experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and motivations Present career opportunities clearly and persuasively Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through the hiring process Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates Manage multiple searches, conversations, and priorities Develop the skills to manage your own clients and searches as you grow Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Have experience in sales, business development, account management, customer service, or another performance-driven role Are comfortable making outbound cold calls and starting conversations with new people Communicate professionally and build rapport quickly Are competitive, motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented Enjoy learning about people, businesses, and what drives career decisions Can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team Want your performance to have a direct impact on your income Are organized and able to manage a fast-moving pipeline Recruiting experience is not required.
