Front Gate/Guest Relations
Position Type: Seasonal | Pay: $9.00- $10.00/hr | Safety-Sensitive:
No Position Summary: Reporting directly to the Supervisor, the Front Gate/Guest Relations team ensures a positive guest experience by enforcing park policies, verifying admission, and assisting with guest inquiries. Responsibilities include checking bags, monitoring attendance, providing information, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Essential Functions: Check bags for prohibited items and enforce park policies. Verify guest admission tickets and season passes for entry. Track and maintain accurate attendance records. Greet guests upon entry and exit, providing exceptional customer service. Assist guests with inquiries about park amenities, layout, and services. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Process retail transactions, handle payments, and assist with merchandise sales. Restock and organize retail items in designated areas. Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Applicants must be 16+ years of age Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Exposure to direct sunlight, hot temperatures, and rain. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs. and walking and standing for extended periods.
Pay Range: $9 - $10 per hour
