Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Execute clean, precise cuts on primal portions handed off by the meat breaker using expert knife skills. Trim, break down, and finish cuts efficiently to maintain smooth processing operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary station following all food safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to keep up with production demands and maintain a positive work environment. Produce maximum meat yield for each animal.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience with meat cutting and advanced knife skills. High efficiency, strong focus, and the ability to stay on task in a fast-paced setting. Dependable team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift heavy cuts of meat and stand for extended periods in a cold environment. Pay Range$16-18 based on experience.
