Administrative ReceptionistThe Windfall is partnering with a Private Equity firm that is seeking to hire an Administrative Receptionist on a trial to hire basis. This is working at their midtown, Manhattan office which is HQ for the Americas. You will be joining the already established Workplace team of four. The group works extremely hard, contributes to the entire office, has a team-oriented training program and keeps a positive atmosphere. You will be supporting the entire office, while reporting into and supporting the Workplace Manager and Lead Reception. This role is working in the office Monday - Fridays from 8:00/8:30am-5:00/5:30pm with the flexibility for overtime.Responsibilities:Welcome, meet & greet all internal and external guestsCoordinate the external meetings and maintain the Meeting Room calendarMaintenance of the conference rooms and the external & internal office spaceTrack and order office supplies & freshdirectAnswer and direct mainlinesManage the incoming and outgoing mail and couriersAssist accounting team with month-end reporting of expensesAssist the Administrative Team with tasks such as booking travel, calendar management, parental leave coverage, filing, expense reports, organizing of conference calls, events, etc.Ordering and handling of office-wide mealsRequirements:2+ years of relevant work experience with similar responsibilitiesExperience with G-Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Knowledge of Dropbox, Slack, Salesforce, Expensify, Zoom are a plusAbility to work quickly in a fast-paced environmentPositive, can-do attitudeStrong work ethic with the desire to learn and grow with the companyPackage: $75,000 Base Salary Discretionary Bonus 100% Covered Benefits 4% 401K Match iPhone & Laptop Provided Breakfast, Lunch & Snacks Provided Daily
