Senior Technical Lead In Oracle PL/SQLThe senior technical lead in Oracle PL/SQL will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of Oracle PL/SQL related projects. The role involves providing technical guidance, implementing best practices, and driving innovation within the Oracle PL/SQL domain.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle PL/SQL solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Oracle PL/SQL applications.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle PL/SQL.Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Oracle PL/SQL and recommend improvements.Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance the efficiency of Oracle PL/SQL development projects.Skill RequirementsProficient in Oracle PL/SQL programming and development.Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and Oracle database architecture.Experience in performance tuning, query optimization, and database design.Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead technical teams.Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.Certification in Oracle PL/SQL is preferred but not mandatory.Certifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
