Responsibilities: Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goalsA proven background in prospecting for new home sales Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Follow up with prospects throughout the sales and build process Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the Lasso CRM system Commitment to act with integrity Understanding the home loan process
Qualifications: Previous new home sales experience working directly for a new home builder, required Must have an Arizona Real Estate License Ability to work on Saturdays, evenings & some holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to listen actively and understand customer needs Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales goals Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office or CRM software is advantageousA positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping customers are essential qualities for success in this role Commitment to act with integrity Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check
