- Build POCs and take them to production inside customers' identity, fraud and payments stacks, then own delivery for our largest customers through go-live and beyond
- Spend as much time with customers as possible. You're based in our New York office, but we want you at customer sites and industry events

- What you bring 10+ years in engineering, including 5+ in customer-facing technical roles such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering or field CTO, and experience building or leading a technical team
- Hands-on consumer-facing CIAM experience: authentication, registration, account recovery and session flows for real end users at scale
- Strong working knowledge of passkeys, WebAuthn, FIDO2, OAuth2 and OIDCA track record of taking integrations from POC to production at large regulated enterprises, ideally in financial services
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in your engineering and delivery work
- Compensation250-300K base salary
- Meaningful founding equity
- The option to convert part of your cash compensation into additional equity
- A generous AI and dev-tools budget
- How we work
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
