About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Net Suite Administrator who can take ownership of the ERP environment while also supporting EDI, integrations, reporting, and day-to-day business systems needs. This role will work closely with teams across operations, supply chain, finance, sales, and IT, and will be responsible for keeping Net Suite running effectively while identifying opportunities to improve processes and automate manual work. This position is 5 days a week onsite in either East Rutherford, NJ, or Bayshore, LI.LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLYWhat You’ll Be Doing Serve as the primary resource for Net Suite administration and production support, helping maintain system stability, configuration, and ongoing enhancements. Manage and support the day-to-day Net Suite environment, including system administration, troubleshooting, configuration, and production support Support Net Suite functionality across inventory, purchasing, procurement, order management, fulfillment, shipping, and logistics Configure and maintain saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, reports, workflows, and other Net Suite functionality Build or support system automation using workflows, Suite Script, and related Net Suite tools Participate in Net Suite implementations, system migrations, enhancements, and new module deployments from sandbox through production Evaluate business requirements and translate them into practical system solutionsEDI &
Integration Responsibilities:
Support and manage EDI relationships with retailers, wholesale customers, trading partners, and other external partners Maintain EDI integrations through platforms such as True Commerce, SPS Commerce, Rithum/Commerce Hub, Boomi, or similar solutions Work with common EDI transaction sets and standards, including X12 4010, 5010, and 4030 Manage EDI mapping, partner testing, transaction validation, and reconciliation Investigate failed or inaccurate EDI transactions and work with internal teams, vendors, and trading partners to resolve issues Support integrations between Net Suite and external applications using REST and SOAP APIsAssist with integrations involving eCommerce platforms, marketplaces, warehouse systems, and other third-party applications Reporting & Business Intelligence Develop Net Suite saved searches, dashboards, reports, and analytics that give business teams better visibility into operations Support inventory, demand planning, purchasing, and supply chain reporting Work with Power BI and Net Suite Analytics to provide meaningful operational and business reporting Partner with departments to understand reporting requirements and create solutions that help users make better decisions Business Systems Support Work directly with business users to improve how systems support the organization. Partner with operations, supply chain, finance, sales, and other functional teams Analyze system issues and perform root cause analysis rather than relying on temporary fixes Coordinate and execute testing for system enhancements, integrations, workflows, and configuration changes Create documentation around system processes, configurations, workflows, and integrations Train and support end users on Net Suite functionality and new processes Work with third-party vendors supporting ERP, EDI, integration, and related business applications Recommend improvements that increase automation, accuracy, efficiency, and system reliability
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on Net Suite Administration experience Strong experience working with Net Suite saved searches, workflows, dashboards, custom fields, reporting, and configuration Experience supporting or managing EDI integrations Understanding of EDI standards including X12 4010, 5010, and 4030 Experience with EDI platforms such as True Commerce, SPS Commerce, Boomi, Rithum/Commerce Hub, or similar Experience participating in ERP implementations, migrations, upgrades, or major system enhancements Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business users Comfortable working across multiple departments and managing competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
