About the role
Extracting structured facts from long, free-text documents, the remote Information Extraction Engineer will maintain traceability of data back to its source while ensuring accuracy and consistency in a secure government cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Extract structured facts from long, free-text, narrative, and semi-structured documents
Maintain a traceable pointer from every extracted fact back to the exact source passage it came from
Validate that every cited passage supports the extracted fact and flag unsupported citations as defects
Required Qualifications:
3+ years extracting structured facts or data from unstructured, narrative text in a production setting
Experience keeping extracted output traceable to its source
Strong Python skills, with hands-on experience in NLP or information-extraction tooling
US Citizenship required
Active US Secret clearance
