Position Description: The Business Development Manager for the MX Care+ team will play a pivotal role in supporting the preparation of impactful internal and external presentations, as well as driving category management efforts to ensure successful sales channel partnerships for company's mobile device protection products.
Responsibilities:
  • Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation of compelling presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop visually engaging and data-driven slide decks to effectively communicate key messages and strategies.
  • Create financial simulations and models to support MX Care+ expansion efforts, ensuring accuracy and clarity in financial projections.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to provide insights for strategy development.
  • Category Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales channel partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment on category strategies.
  • Oversee digital merchandising initiatives, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility across sales channels.
  • Develop and implement forecasting models to predict sales trends and optimize inventory levels.
  • Lead marketing and training efforts to enhance partner capabilities and drive category growth.
  • Track sales, pricing models and profit margins to hit financial goals.
  • Support the enhancement of the consumer purchase journey across various touchpoints to maximize conversion.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Detail oriented, with proven experience in presentation development, financial modeling, and category management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Knowledge of sales channel dynamics and partner management strategies. Experience in device protection, insurance and/or consumer electronics industries.
