About the role

Process Technician We are seeking a Process Technician to support metal plating operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating equipment, monitoring quality standards, and supporting daily production activities while following established safety and process procedures.
Location: Grand Rapids, MI Full-Time | Direct Hire Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM 12:30 AM, Monday Thursday (4/10 schedule)
Compensation: Up to $20/hour + 2nd shift premium
Required Qualifications: Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or industrial experience required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Responsibilities: Operate production equipment and monitor processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards Perform inspections and identify issues impacting product quality or production flow Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety procedures Complete required process documentation and communicate concerns to supervisors as needed Support team production goals and assist with additional duties as assigned
