Our client is seeking an Enrollment Specialist offering $36/hour or $75,000 annually to guide prospective participants and families through the PACE enrollment process. Requirements to Apply High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently, maintain flexibility, and build positive working relationships Enrollment Specialist, full-time role supporting PACE enrollment and helping older adults and eligible participants access comprehensive community-based care.
Job Overview: Guide prospective participants through PACE enrollment, coordinate documentation, communicate with families and staff, and support access to care.
