About the role
Product Manager, Identity/Entitlements/ProvisioningLocation: San Jose, CA Experience needed: 4+ to 7 years Duration: 6 monthsJob Description: As product manager for M&A identity/entitlements/provisioning, you will leverage your product skillset to quickly understand the business processes and supporting technical systems that define the end-to-end customer journey for acquisitions. You will then use this critical knowledge to inform and develop an integration roadmap that prioritizes business value, mitigates migration risk, and most importantly delivers a world-class customer experience. You will drive cross-functional execution with a wide array of both business and technical stakeholders as well as multiple levels of leadership. To be effective, you need to be experienced in how concepts like identity, entitlements, and provisioning form the foundation of the customer journey and how they relate to/integrate with both upstream and downstream business processes and systems. You also need to be well versed in adjacent aspects related to B2B commerce e.g., sales motions, go-to-market, product catalog, pricing, quoting, invoicing, metering, billing, order management, onboarding, customer success, and customer support. Furthermore, you will be expected to use a data-driven and customer-centered approach to balance long-term goals versus short-term needs. We are looking for candidates with an excellent track record of influencing and driving execution of high-impact requirements while managing stakeholder expectations.Skills & Experience Required:Experience owning and managing products or systems related to identity management, entitlements management, and/or account provisioningBusiness background to generate detailed product requirements that reflect the deep integrations between identity, entitlements, and provisioning with other critical business systems e.g. CRM, ERP, Help Desk, etc.Technical acumen to effectively collaborate with Solution Architects and Engineering leaders to deliver on the visionAbility to prioritize based on insights and data, and make tough trade-off decisions to achieve the greatest impact possible with minimal investmentCommunication skills to evangelize and test ideas and approaches with stakeholders; drive implementation to completion with key success metrics and business impact read outsStrong customer empathy, product ownership, bias for action and sense of urgencyFast and keen learner, able to quickly synthesize new ideas and concepts
