About the role

About the role: This is a not a strategy role. We're hiring someone who runs social programs with their own hands, every day. You'll own SoFast's social media and run every program yourself: building campaigns, scheduling and posting, running paid social on Meta and TikTok, managing creators and influencers, engaging the community and reading the numbers. Our in-house design team produces the content and you tell them what you need. Then you take it live and make it perform.
What you will bring:
  • 7+ years of running social programs you designs and launched yourself
  • At least one brand you grew from scratch, with numbers to prove itCPG, beverage or food experience (strongly preferred) Fluency in TikTok, Reels, Shorts and LinkedIn, plus paid social and AI tools
  • Speed, self-direction, and weekly reporting on what's working and what you've cut
Who this isn't for: If you've moved past doing the work and now mostly direct others this isn't your role. We want an operator who still loves being on the keyboard.
What you get:
  • $130,000-$170,000 base pay + performance bonus
  • Medical, dental and vision
  • Paid time off and holidays

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
