About the role
Responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs, the full-time California Licensed HSE Manager will work remotely from Sunnyvale, CA, managing compliance initiatives and promoting a proactive safety culture for small to medium-sized clients.
Key responsibilities:
Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Manage regulatory compliance initiatives and develop strategic risk management strategies to mitigate operational risks
Monitor incident reports and provide recommendations for risk prevention and compliance improvement
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
Additional certifications as required by local authorities
Proven leadership skills to motivate teams and improve departmental effectiveness
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information effectively
