About the role

Nokia seeks an experienced Manufacturing People Partner in Chandler, AZ to create, supervise, implement and administer HR programs across the site. You will provide strategic and administrative HR support for the AZ manufacturing group, lead recruiting efforts, and manage employee relations with shift supervisors. The role requires 5–8 years in HR Generalist/People Partner roles, a Bachelor’s in HRM, and experience in global high-tech manufacturing environments, including post-acquisition
