About the role

Schoolforce Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the school year. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop data-driven BIPs, and provide direct ABA-based services. You’ll collaborate with IEP teams, teachers, and parents, train staff, and participate in IEP meetings while maintaining compliance with ISBE/IDEA guidelines.
