About the role

Marketing Operations ManagerLocation: Dallas, TX Duration: 6 Months + As a Marketing Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in automation, implementation, QA, and support of all platforms involved in tagging, tracking and overall marketing technology. This role will be a key partner across site architecture, ecommerce, media, marketing, and outside agencies. This role will also be tasked with scaling online data collection processes, as well as supporting our existing and growing technology stack. The ideal candidate has a passion for technology and automation, a sense of ownership and pride in the creation of efficiencies, and a thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape.Responsibilities:Own and tune custom lead scoring models in Market Manage MarTech stack and integrations between platformsRepresent Marketing interests within the Salesforce platformUpdate lead routing and assignment across CommercialShare ownership of integration between Market and SalesforceEnsure tracking standards that account for marketing goals, drive media efficiencies, and enable advanced insights including site analytics, multi-touch attribution, cross-channel and multi-product buy flowsOwn the introduction and integration of new marketing technologiesPrepare tags and tracking enhancements for critical code releases - includes aligning with key partners, identify dependencies and requirements, performing regular quality checks, and advancing progress through privacy and architecture reviewsLearn, follow, and evangelize the specific procedures for campaign implementation when new technology or additional ad management systems are introducedRequired Qualifications:5+ years of marketing operations experience5+ years of systems support including integration buildouts through APIs, custom FTP calls, webhooks, etc.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Management Information Systems or Software Engineering preferredComfortable with Custom Data Objects in Salesforce and MarketoSQL experience a plus6+ years' combined experience with digital marketing and ad operations ecosystems - data collection, integration, activation across paid media and websitesUnderstanding of digital campaign processes including trafficking through an ad server, creating UTM parameters, and applying taxonomy to multiple ad accountsKnowledge of common digital platforms (i.e., Salesforce, Adobe, Invoca) and publishers (i.e., Google, Facebook, TechTarget)Technical ability with excellent communication skills - ability to translate complex requirements into relevant updates for a wide and varied audience
