About the role
- Build planning, forecasting, and inventory-management tools and dashboards to support clinical trial and supply chain operations
- Develop interactive web applications and resource maps that improve visibility and efficiency across the supply chain
- Support day-to-day clinical supply operations to help ensure the right medicine reaches the right trial site at the right time
- Research and evaluate suppliers, materials, and sourcing opportunities to support procurement and supply continuity
- Support supplier relationship management, category strategy development, and spend analytics activities
- Analyze data and apply digital tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) and automation platforms, to streamline supply chain processes and decision-making
- Document processes, maintain organized records, and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations
- Relevant majors: Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Data Science/Analytics, Computer Science
- Let's Find Out If We're A Fit:
- Must be enrolled in, or accepted to, an academic program pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree (and be returning to school the semester following the position or graduating after the position)
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week from January-August, May/June-December, or August-December
- Demonstrated leadership in areas such as campus activities, clubs, sports, current or previous work, or within the community preferred
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
