About the role

Quorum Health Corporation seeks a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CDIS) to perform concurrent and retrospective reviews of inpatient records, ensuring accurate documentation, SOI/ROM, and IOS reflectivity. This role collaborates across clinical and coding teams and educates providers on documentation best practices. The position is remote with eligibility limited to listed states and reports to the National Director, Clinical Documentation Integrity.
