About the role

H&H is seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to lead roadway and highway design efforts in New Jersey, supporting NJDOT and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. The role involves project management, team leadership, and coordination of multidisciplinary design teams across complex transportation initiatives. Qualified candidates will have at least ten years of highway experience, a NJ Professional Engineer license, and strong proficiency with Micro Station, InRoads/Open Roads, and Primavera.
