Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, industrial controls, electrical systems, or technical sales support. Working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, industrial controls, and automation systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers and coworkers. Comfortable working directly with customers while collaborating with internal sales teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general technical software. Why This Opportunity? Paid training with leading manufacturers and automation vendors. Opportunity to expand your automation expertise while working with cutting-edge technologies. Casual, team-oriented work environment with supportive leadership. Local travel only (approximately 20%) with no overnight travel required. Clear path for career growth into technical sales leadership or commissioned outside sales. Join a growing organization that continues to invest in its people and expand its automation business.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
