About the role
Guiding families through a compassionate service lifecycle, the full-time Family Case Manager will manage a high-volume caseload of around 100 concurrent cases remotely, ensuring seamless coordination of transportation, documentation, cremation scheduling, and ashes return.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the full client life cycle from contract signature through final resolution, acting as the primary point of contact
Handle continuous inbound and outbound communications with empathy and professionalism, building trust with families
Maintain meticulous documentation and navigate various platforms to effectively manage case workflows and problem-solve
Required qualifications:
2+ years of experience in case management, client coordination, or similar roles with ownership of a caseload
Strong written and spoken English skills
Ability to manage 100+ cases simultaneously with attention to detail in record-keeping
Proactive and accountable approach with a focus on client experience and problem-solving
Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems for case management
