Job Description

What We’re Looking For: Method Moving & Storage is hiring an experienced Lead Mover to run jobs, lead crews, and deliver top-tier customer service for residential and high-end moves. This role is for professionals who can think on their feet, communicate clearly with customers, and lead a team efficiently. Pay & Compensation• Up to $30 per hour• + $100’s in tips• Prior experience as a Lead Mover• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills• Excellent customer service and communication• Ability to lead a crew and make smart decisions on-site• Professional attitude and appearance• Pride in quality work and customer satisfaction Requirements (Must Have)Clean background (background check required)Reliable personal vehicle Smartphone Basic moving tools (hand truck, tools, drill, etc.)Ability to lift heavy items safely Valid ID and legal authorization to work Punctual, dependable, and ready to work
