Family Medicine Physician - Hart, MIAre you a Family Medicine physician searching for your next career opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Hart, MI might be the perfect fit for you! Opportunity Highlights Schedule: Full-time Monday 7:30am-6:00pm; Tuesday through Friday 7:30am-5:00pmJob Setting: Primary Care OfficeTypes of Cases: ?Full spectrum of family medicine including direct patient care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, teaching and mentoring, quality improvement initiatives, and community health support. Documented in Epic EMR.
Team: 2 providers, 3 APPs, 2 LMSW, PharmD, Care Manager, and 21 support staff
Teaching Opportunities: Yes - Residents, Medical Students, Fellows
Call Requirements: On-call shared between multiple offices. Physicians rotate approximately 8 on-call weeks per year depending on the number of providers in the call pool.

  • Board Certified
  • Board Eligible (must achieve Board Certification within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible)

Certifications: BLS, ACLS (or willing to obtain); Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS); DEA (or willing to obtain)
Licensure: Active Michigan Medical License (or ability to obtain)
Malpractice: Clean malpractice history (preferred)
Visa: Open to candidates requiring J1 or H1B visa support
