Location: Seattle, WA – Onsite 5 Days/WeekPay: $45–$55/hourAssignment Length: 6 monthsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Weekly Deals Specialist to support the execution of weekly promotional campaigns. This role will coordinate campaign setup, product scheduling, resource allocation, cross-functional communication, and performance tracking to ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule.ResponsibilitiesSupport weekly promotional campaigns from planning through launch, including product setup, scheduling, page configuration, and campaign content.Coordinate with Design, Legal, Merchandising, CRM, LIVE, and other internal teams to manage deliverables and resolve issues.Track project timelines, milestones, campaign assets, product participation, resource placement, and launch readiness.Maintain campaign data and documentation, including product lists, promotions, coupons, performance results, and participation materials.Conduct quality checks to ensure product information, pricing, discounts, links, and campaign pages are accurate.Support post-campaign reporting and help document best practices and processes.QualificationsExperience in e-commerce operations, campaign coordination, project management, merchandising, or a related field preferred.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, deadline-driven processes.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Proficient in Excel and comfortable organizing and analyzing data.Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience supporting large-scale promotional campaigns, e-commerce platforms, or digital marketplaces is a plus.Fine print:This is a W2 position.
