About the role
- 10+ years of geotechnical construction experience
- Hands-on experience with drilled shafts, CFA auger cast piles, micropiles, tiebacks, soldier piles, wick drains, and soil or rock nails
- Strong working knowledge of drill rigs, grout plants, and shotcrete pumps, including operation and maintenance
- Experience leading geotechnical crews in the field
- Experience managing crew labor costs and schedule in the field
- Willingness to travel to project sites
- Based in the Tampa Bay area, or willing to relocate
- Prior experience as a Drilled Shaft SuperintendentFDOT drilled shaft or foundation project experienceFDOT CTQP drilled shaft inspector qualification
- Experience with Florida soil and groundwater conditionsOSHA 30-Hour Construction certification
- Class A CDLCompensation and Benefits$120,000 to $150,000 base salary
