About the role

Partnering with enterprise customers, the full-time Strategic AI Outcomes Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to help define AI transformation strategies, drive organizational adoption, and ensure measurable business outcomes with generative AI in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with senior leaders to align Jasper's capabilities with customer business objectives Define success metrics and develop multi-quarter success plans, tracking progress and addressing barriers to achieve desired outcomes Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption by identifying new use cases and facilitating organizational change with customer champions Required qualifications 7-10+ years in Enterprise Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or a similar strategic role Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with executive stakeholders and influencing C-level leaders Proven track record in leading organizational change or transformation initiatives Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to measurable outcomes Hands-on experience with generative AI or emerging technologies, with a background in marketing technology or SaaS preferred
