Job Description:
Senior Creative Director What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a Senior Creative Director to lead and elevate design across our portfolio of brands. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for setting the standard for design excellence, developing a high-performing team and delivering high-impact creative work. As part of the broader creative team, the Senior Creative Director will shape how our brands show up across channels while evolving our design systems, capabilities and use of emerging technologies to improve the quality and scale of our creative.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Execution:
Lead the visual direction and execution of major brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives and high-priority marketing programs, translating brand strategy into compelling concepts and design systems across digital, social, paid media, web, out-of-home, in-venue, print and other channels. Remain hands-on, personally concepting and executing priority creative while setting a high bar for design quality and ensuring work is distinctive, modern and consistent with each brand. Collaborate with the broader creative team to develop concepts and bring ideas to life across channels.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, manage and develop the design team, setting high standards for creative quality, collaboration and ownership while providing clear direction and actionable feedback. Identify skill gaps and development opportunities, fostering a culture of strong ideas, excellent craft, curiosity and continuous improvement.
Brand, Agency & Design Systems:
Build and evolve scalable design systems, brand guidelines and templates that create consistency while keeping creative fresh and differentiated. Establish design standards and best practices across internal teams, creative agencies and external partners, providing direction and ensuring work meets our creative and brand standards.
AI & Creative Innovation:
Lead the integration of AI and emerging creative technologies into design workflows, identifying tools and processes that improve concept development, production, versioning and efficiency while maintaining quality, originality and brand integrity.
Stay current on design, technology and creative trends and identify opportunities to strengthen creative capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills 10+ years of professional design experience, including senior design or creative leadership roles, and 5+ years managing and developing designers or creative teams.
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, sophisticated design and high-quality execution across multiple channels.
Proven ability to lead a design function while remaining a highly capable hands-on designer, with deep expertise in typography, layout, visual hierarchy, branding and campaign design.
Strong understanding of digital, social, paid media, web, out-of-home, print and physical brand experiences.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design platforms, with experience incorporating AI-powered creative tools into design and production workflows.
Experience directing and collaborating with creative agencies and external partners, as well as evolving established brand systems.
Strong communication, leadership and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within entertainment, hospitality, lifestyle, retail or other consumer-facing brands is a plus.
