About the role

National Fitness Partners is hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Mocksville, NC. The role involves helping Planet Fitness members and guests, answering calls, greeting and signing up new members, answering questions, handling purchases at the POS, and promoting fitness classes. The position starts at $12/hour with a morning opener shift from 4:45 am to 1 pm, and includes planned wage increases after 180 days, at 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter.
