About the role
To support the seed packet production program, the full-time remote Production Quality Specialist will manage production orders, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate logistics and inventory across multiple partners.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of production POs from creation through receipt, maintaining visibility of finished-goods inventory
Monitor quality of finished packets against specifications and coordinate corrective actions with production partners
Manage e-commerce and Amazon replenishment, ensuring inventory availability for Amazon bundle production Required qualifications 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, logistics, or a related field
Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, or copackers
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis
Familiarity with ERP systems; Net Suite experience is a plus
Experience in e-commerce, CPG, agriculture, or manufacturing is preferred but not required
