About the role

IT By Design (ITBD) in Freehold, New Jersey, is seeking a Director of Community and Events to evolve Build IT from an event-focused organization to a year-round, strategically managed community. You will own the community strategy, member engagement and retention, Build IT LIVE, our AI Accelerator program, and executive peer-group experience. You will define what the community becomes, build the operating model around it, and establish metrics that demonstrate its growth and impact.
