Coordinate and oversee food orders and deliveriesEnsure food is stored, prepared, and served following safety regulationsMonitor and record food temperatures to maintain complianceMaintain inventory and report food supply or equipment needsTrain and support kitchen staff on best practices and safety standardsKeep the kitchen clean and organized, following all sanitation protocolsComplete daily administrative tasks and record-keepingJob Details:

Previous experience in a school kitchen or food service settingKnowledge : Familiarity with kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling regulationsSkills : Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time managementTeam Player : Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a professional demeanor with school staff and studentsCertification : Valid Food Handler Certification ( NY) and/or Serv Safe Certification ( Required )
