Our Loan Processing team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service by ensuring loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our growing team. This position supports a variety of lending products, including Commercial, Agricultural, Consumer Real Estate, and Consumer loans. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, collaborating with others, and taking pride in delivering high-quality work.
What You'll Do:
As a Loan Processor, you will coordinate loan files from application through closing while ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant.
Responsibilities include:
Process commercial and agricultural loan requests.
Review loan files for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate and track required due diligence items, including title work, flood determinations, appraisals, environmental reports, insurance, lien filings, and collateral documentation.
Prepare and review loan documentation using LaserPro and other lending systems.
Utilize Abrigo and other loan origination platforms to manage workflow tasks and loan records.
Coordinate loan closings and communicate with lenders, borrowers, attorneys, title companies, and other third parties.
Maintain electronic loan files and documentation standards.
Monitor exceptions, ticklers, and outstanding loan requirements.
Assist with regulatory compliance, audits, and quality control reviews.
Partner with lenders, credit analysts, loan assistants, servicing staff, and management to ensure a seamless lending process.
Contribute to process improvements and support a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.

Experience in loan processing, banking, financial services, or lending operations.
Knowledge of commercial, agricultural, consumer, or mortgage lending.
Experience working with loan documentation and loan closing processes.
Familiarity with lending systems such as Abrigo, LaserPro, or similar platforms is preferred.

Qualifications:

Experience
Required 1-2 years:
- Experience processing commercial, agricultural, or real estate loans
- Preferred 1-3 years:
- Experience coordinating due diligence items such as title work, appraisals, insurance, flood determinations, and collateral documentation 1-3 years:
- Experience working with loan origination or documentation systems (Abrigo, LaserPro, Encompass, MeridianLink, or similar platforms)1-3 years:
- Experience preparing and reviewing loan documentation and closing packages 2-5 years:
- Loan processing, banking, lending, or financial services experience
