Elior North America is seeking a Senior Licensing Paralegal to join our Legal & Risk team in Minneapolis. You will manage alcohol and tobacco licensing requirements, coordinate applications, renewals, and amendments across multiple jurisdictions, and guide onsite teams with regulatory compliance. You will work with outside counsel and regulators to ensure licensing records are accurate, up-to-date, and ready for audits while contributing to broader Legal & Risk initiatives.
