About the role
Field Operations Specialist To serve as program coordinator for Field Operations. To lead the coordination program meetings and events. To provide support to field activities conducted by the Regional Managers, including meeting planning and office coordination. To coordinate human resource tasks, requirements and paperwork for incoming Field Operations staff. Develop and manage both Field Operations and MFB Regional Manager Share Point sites. Develop and manage the MFB State Annual Meeting onsite registration and communication with members. Provide and coordinate support to the Field Operations Team, including weekly management reports, board reports, regional manager reports, and other needed reports for the Field Operations staff. Coordinate yearly program evaluations with the field staff and internal MFB program staff leads. Required Bachelor's degree in general business or communication required or equivalent experience may be considered. Two years of experience with Microsoft software or other similar word processing software required. Two years of experience or some formal training with accounting and database management required. Willingness to pursue computer training and related education development required. Keyboarding skills of 50 wpm with accuracy required. Basic computer software proficiency and customer service skills required. Knowledge and practical use of Microsoft Office Word, Access and Power Point and Acrobat required. Must possess basic accounting skills, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to design brochures, meeting agendas, electronic newsletters and programs. Must possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred Meeting planning experience or training preferred.
