About the role

Enel North America is seeking a BESS Engineer to serve as the fleet technical SME for battery energy storage systems. You will own BESS architecture, BMS, HVAC and fire-safety topics, lead complex RCA using analytics, and translate findings into practical SOPs, response plans and technical guidance for sites and O&M teams. You will collaborate with OEMs, site teams and specialists to implement sustainable improvements, manage warranty and SOH analyses, and drive capacity testing, firmware
