Our client, a fast-growing, seed-stage AI startup providing an AI Agent platform for Enterprise Manufacturers is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Full-stack development).They are building next-generation AI agents to solve complex operational challenges in the enterprise manufacturing sector. You will work closely with the core team to design, build, and ship end-to-end features using a modern, AI-native tech stack.Compensation & Benefits:Annual Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 USDEquity: Stock Options included (1% – 2%, negotiable based on experience and expectation)Work Location: Remote-first (post-onboarding in SF), with flexible working arrangementsHealthcare & Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans providedResponsibilities:Build and refine product features with embedded AI agents from end-to-end (front-end UI to back-end logic).Monitor AI-driven features, optimize prompts/agent workflows, and improve overall system performance.Work against a ticket-based development workflow in Linear with a high degree of autonomy and speed.Collaborate directly with founding members to define product direction and system architecture.Tech Stack:Frontend/Framework: Next.js, TypeScriptBackend & Database: SupabaseAI & Automation: AI SDK, Trigger.devExecution Environment: Daytona / E2B (Sandbox environments)Requirements:3+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience (including personal, startup, or OSS projects).Self-driven mindset: Ability to identify problems independently and ship solutions quickly without waiting for detailed specs.Communication: Professional English communication skills (or a strong motivation to build them).Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in either the United States or Japan (Visa support is NOT provided).Location/Travel Flexibility: Ability to work in-person in San Francisco for the first 1–2 months for onboarding, with willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, or other tools in our tech stack.Experience building or integrating AI agents / LLM-powered applications.Experience building or scaling B2B enterprise software.Background or working experience in large-scale manufacturing environments.Business-level Japanese proficiency (plus, as we work with Japanese enterprises and expats).
