Service-to-Sales Acquisition Specialists (C4C)Courtesy Nissan of Mesa is looking for two highly motivated individuals to join our team as Service-to-Sales Acquisition Specialists (C4C).As part of the Courtesy Automotive Group, family-owned and operated since 1955, you'll have the opportunity to build a rewarding career with one of Arizona's most established and respected automotive organizations.This is a unique position that combines customer service, vehicle acquisition, appraisal, and sales. Your primary responsibility will be identifying opportunities within our service department to help customers upgrade their current vehicle, trade into a newer model, or sell their vehicle directly to our dealership.What You'll DoReview daily service repair orders and customer appointments.Meet with service customers while their vehicles are being serviced.Evaluate opportunities to purchase customer vehicles for dealership inventory.Appraise customer vehicles and present purchase offers.Assist customers interested in upgrading to a new or pre-owned vehicle.Build relationships with customers and create exceptional experiences.Coordinate with sales and service teams to maximize opportunities.Generate appointments and follow up with customers throughout the process.Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities.Help customers explore vehicle options that better fit their needs and budget.ScheduleMonday through SaturdayEvery Sunday offEvery other Saturday off7:00 AM 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM 6:00 PMCompensation & BenefitsAggressive compensation planIncome potential of $65,000 to $125,000+ annuallyWeekly cash SPIFF opportunitiesPaid on-the-job trainingAdvancement opportunities within one of Arizona's fastest-growing automotive groupsStable, family-owned company with a reputation for investing in its peopleSupportive leadership and team environmentQualificationsStrong computer skills are required.Comfortable working with CRM systems or willing to learn dealership CRM software.Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills.Vehicle appraisal experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.Professional appearance and demeanor.Automotive experience is helpful but not required.Why Courtesy Nissan?For more than 70 years, Courtesy Automotive Group has built its reputation on taking care of customers and employees alike.
