About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Data Specialistto join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with information, organizing records, updating databases, and supporting day-to-day administrative operations. No prior industry experience is required. Paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities: Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. Review documents and records for accuracy and completeness. Organize digital files, spreadsheets, and administrative records. Verify data and correct discrepancies when necessary. Process forms, reports, and routine administrative documents. Assist with data tracking, reporting, and record management. Respond to internal requests for information and documentation. Maintain confidentiality when handling company and customer information. Perform general administrative and data-support tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and internet skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and online systems. Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures. Strong time-management and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Previous administrative or data-entry experience is a plus, butnot required .
