Job Overview: Pay Range: $35.00hr - $40.00hr Requirement/Must Have: Strong attention to detail and experience with CRM campaign execution, proofing and QA. Solid SQL and data analysis capabilities, including the ability to independently develop and validate targeting logic. Experience working with tools such as Unica, Responsys and Google BigQuery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity and independently troubleshoot issues. Proactive communication and a strong sense of ownership. In-depth understanding of brand marketing principles to deliver marketing initiatives from a brand-right, customer point of view. Ability to articulate a clear vision of brand initiatives that inspire a shared vision among partners. OIG/GSA and Background screenings required. Responsibilities: Lead the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the brand in North America. Lead a team that develops and implements strategic marketing initiatives to build the brand, while driving traffic, sales, and profits. Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach for all customer touch points. Ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement points. Oversee the identification and development of integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives. Develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives as appropriate based on opportunities, consumer insights and industry trends. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance current and future marketing initiatives. Manage, motivate and develop team members.
