Steamboat Group seeks an HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding and offboarding, records management, HRIS transactions, benefits and payroll support, and employee communications. This non-exempt role requires confidentiality, organization, and service-minded approach. You will collaborate with the HR team to maintain accurate records, handle routine inquiries, and contribute to HR projects while ensuring compliance and timely responses.
