What You’ll Do:
Build and fix metal stamping dies (progressive, transfer, and deep draw)Work with other departments to get dies ready for production Solve problems with dies quickly on the shop floor Handle different types of tooling (Stage/Form, Compound, Progressive)Do regular maintenance and precision work on dies Help improve processes and make things more efficient Team up with engineering and quality to ensure high standards✅
What You Need:
High school diploma + strong hands-on experience 5–7 years working with dies, especially setting up and fixing them Experience with big stamping presses and complex tooling Able to read blueprints and CAD drawings (plus knowledge of GD&T) HUGE PLUS!Journeyman certification or similar experience is a HUGE PLUS!Good understanding of tool steels, coatings, and heat treating Great at problem-solving and teamwork
