About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
Lead brand positioning, messaging, creative direction, and content across digital, social, print, and restaurant channels.
Drive digital and social marketing, including emerging platforms, creators, influencers, and new content formats.
Partner with Digital Marketing to grow loyalty, rewards, SMS, and guest retention programs.
Optimize delivery platforms and e-commerce initiatives to improve customer acquisition and conversion.
Partner with Culinary on menu innovation, limited-time offers, pricing, naming, and launches.
Lead PR, influencer partnerships, community marketing, and wellness/fitness partnerships.
Develop local marketing strategies and opening playbooks for new restaurant locations and markets.
Use customer and market insights to identify trends and translate them into marketing opportunities.
Manage the agency of record and other external marketing partners.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.
Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget and measure spend against ROI.Monitor competitors and trends across restaurants, health & wellness, fitness, and sports nutrition.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently and effectively.
Qualifications7–10+ years of experience in brand, digital, consumer, or growth marketing.
Experience in multi-unit restaurants, fast casual, QSR, food & beverage, fitness, wellness, or sports nutrition preferred.5+ years of leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven experience building consumer brands and driving customer loyalty and engagement.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, loyalty/CRM, SMS, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
Experience managing significant marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
Strong understanding of consumer trends, brand strategy, and integrated marketing.
Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
