About the role
Leading enterprise transformation initiatives, the full-time salaried Director of Strategy and Transformation will partner with senior leadership to prioritize strategic goals, develop actionable plans, and ensure successful execution across a global matrix environment.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and align on critical transformation priorities and value initiatives
Translate enterprise priorities into a sequenced portfolio of initiatives with clear milestones and governance
Establish management mechanisms to track progress, surface risks, and maintain leadership focus on key priorities
Required qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, or corporate strategy
MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials
Strong analytical and quantitative skills to independently generate strategic insights
Proven ability to influence senior-level stakeholders and build alignment across teams
