Comprehensive training will be provided. What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include: Answer customer calls and emails professionally, providing prompt and courteous service. Process customer orders, web inquiries, quotes, and order changes using company systems. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Respond to customer questions regarding pricing, order status, and lead times. Process purchase orders, credit card transactions, returns, and replacement orders. Coordinate technical inquiries with internal team members. Manage compliance-related documentation and customer tax-exempt information. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Support and mentor newer team members while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture. What We're Looking For2+ years of customer service, inside sales support, order processing, or administrative experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Comfortable learning new technology and business systems (ERP/CRM experience is a plus). Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-first mindset. Initiative to take ownership of responsibilities and continuously improve processes. Preferred QualificationsExperience with ERP or CRM systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar. Experience processing customer orders or supporting inside sales teams.
