Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough research, identify, and engage with new clients to effectively promote services. Establish and manage a qualified lead pipeline to not just meet but exceed new business targets. Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to successful deal closure. Develop tailored strategies and marketing approaches in alignment with the overarching philosophy and corporate strategy. Achieve income targets for new business. Identify market opportunities and strategically allocate internal resources to achieve new business objectives effectively. Must-Have Qualifications 10+ years of proven experience in new business development within the digital marketing, advertising, or media industry. Demonstrated success in consultative sales roles, consistently exceeding new business targets. A robust understanding of digital and traditional media channels, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, linear TV, print, radio, OOH, and more. Proficiency in web-based technologies for business advertising and digital lead generation services. Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a knack for quick adaptation. Track record of preparing high-quality RFPs and engaging with C-level decision-makers in medium to large US-based companies. Strong business acumen to comprehend prospects across diverse industries. Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills. High-energy and client-centric mindset, with a history of delivering innovative solutions. University degree, preferably in business or marketing. Proficiency in Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms.
