Business Analyst - Remote, Washington, DCDuration: 3+ monthsSeeking a Business Analyst where you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. We are looking for a skilled individual with the following qualifications:Proficiency in Warehouse Management and Inventory Management SystemsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum processes and management tools (preferably VersionOne)Experience with IT Service Management Systems (preferably ServiceNow)Strong SQL skills for data validation and defect analysisUnderstanding of Apache Kafka and data movement between systemsExperience in validating API behavior and integration rulesAbility to decompose complex processes into clear business logicWorking knowledge of Oracle databases for troubleshooting and data tracingStrong facilitation skills to lead discussions across multiple teamsEffective liaison between business and technical teamsExperience in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement and sprint ceremoniesAbility to manage UAT and CAT testing sessionsExperience creating process documentation, user guides, and SOPsStrong communication skills for non-technical audiencesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented and proactive problem-solverCollaborative and team-orientedExpected Deliverables:Support the operation and security of FMIS and MDIMS applicationsWork on high-priority issues backlogSupport test automation and security findings remediationRefine backlog items and write storiesCreate test cases and manage UAT/CAT sessionsDevelop test scenarios and track defectsCreate process documentation and support workflowsRun working sessions and gather requirementsConduct impact assessments and drive issue resolution
