About the role

AtlasBase in South San Francisco seeks a Financial Controller to lead accounting, reporting, and internal controls as we scale. Reporting to the CFO, you will build scalable systems, manage GAAP-compliant processes, and partner with executives to drive strategic decisions. You will oversee month-end close, revenue recognition, cost accounting, and budgeting, while strengthening controls and enabling rapid growth in a pioneering molecular computing startup.
